Big, quiet and comfortable apartment to relax after a busy day. Excellent price. Close to the Centro but without the noise at night. Corner stores just at the entrance of the building. Buses come often and stop near the building. Taxis are a few steps away. Fresh homemade tortillas place across the street. Cheap food places on the way to the Centro. Very convenient to go to downtown. I highly recommend renting there. Julita, the owner is very nice.

Our hosts were excellent. It did not come with a safe so we asked for one and a brand new safe was installed the next day. We also asked for a toaster which was provided. The hosts went out of their way to fix a small water problem as well as an Internet problem. We really liked the suite and the gracious hosts

The view, the most comfortable bed, the location in relation to downtown, quick walk or cab to Madera beach, short cab (could walk) to Playa la Ropa which was our favourite beach and la Perla restaurant, New Years Eve fireworks from Madera beach which we watched from the condo and they were beautiful! And last but not least Jose and Leti are superb, helpful and accommodating.

The studio was very nice and worked well for my family of 5. We LOVED the doors that opened and the patio with the big tree outside. It was so relaxing. There was a little road noise but only during the day, we didn't notice it at night. The kitchen had the basics. The pool isn't heated and was refreshing to jump in (in December). But was a bit too cold for kids to swim for very long. The location was great, close to town and the beach. We drove there and though they didn't have a parking lot, it was very easy to park across the street.
