The apartment was absolutely the best choice I could take. It is super good located in an authentic and safe area, in a completely new and safe building. 3 to 5 minutes of walk from the Avenida Tulum (centrum). A grocery store and a supermarket just nearby as well as lots of other shops and food markets around. Exactly what I needed during my 3 weeks of stay. The apartment itself is so charming and cozy. Nice choice of colours, lights and materials. Completely furnished, from the cutlery to the electronic utilities. Air conditioning and ceiling ventilators gave the perfect temperature. The rooftop pool is definitely a plus to get a refresh and a sunbath with a wide view over Tulum’s street arts. A safe in the room. Helpful and reactive staff !

This place is even more gorgeous than in the photos. The huge living room, beautiful floor to ceiling windows that you can keep open with a screen, outdoor private bath and shower and comfortable beds. Everything was extremely clean! Anel was very helpful with anything we needed prior to and while we were there. They had someone clean the pools 3 or 4 times as well. The location was an easy taxi or car ride (we rented a car) to the beach, or great local restaurants. It was about 1.5 hours from the Cancun airport and was a really easy drive just down one road (307). We also used Avis which was a breeze, I've heard of horror stories with a lot of car rental places and i would highly recommend them. Driving can be a bit intense on the smaller roads so make sure you're comfortable driving if you plan to rent. They did take a 2000USD deposit since we had our own insurance but they gave it back to use once we returned the car. Security was 24/7 at the front of the lot and also in our building so we always felt safe but the area felt great too with lots of tourists. There were multiple backyards including the pool area, shower area and hammock area to hang. I would 100% re-book this place in an instance.
