The structure is a few steps away from the Quinta Avenida: therefore, the location is excellent as it is very central but not in the chaos of the nightlife. We booked the villa which is very nice, clean, fully equipped with large spaces both for the day and for the bedrooms. Even the bathrooms are enough to accommodate many people. The shared swimming pool and the jacuzzi are very nice and pleasant. The structure as a whole is very nice.

This condominium in Playa del Carmen is the most beautiful place we’ve been to in Mexico. It’s a smart home, and I cannot exaggerate enough how excellently chosen the furniture in this apartment is. The duplex apartment features fully equipped bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and spacious closet room, in addition to drawers. There are three TVs, all with access to Netflix and Disney+.
The master bedroom had a massage chair, the bathroom had the largest bathtub, and everything in the house was carefully selected. The kitchen was fully equipped, catering to every taste. Whether you drink filtered coffee, pressed coffee, or espresso, there’s a machine for it. There’s also a juicer, blender, and beautiful plates. Family board games and direct access to the pool, which felt private as it wasn’t heavily used, added to the experience.
My mind was blown away when I found a hair iron and a hair curler in the master bedroom’s bathroom. We stayed in this beautiful place for 14 days and had the best experience with the owner, Mr. Gilles, and the concierge, Isaac. The robot vacuum was a nice touch, helping us keep the house clean every day.
During our stay, a huge hurricane was supposed to pass, and the owner took extra precautions despite the condominium being safe. None of the other apartments did this, but he covered all windows with wooden doors, showing how much he cares about our safety and cares for this unit. He provided us with information about the hurricane and what we should have inside Incase it will be bad. We didn’t have any experience as we’re coming from Norway and there is no hurricane in here.
Waking up in this beautiful home away from home, we felt that nothing was lacking; we had everything we needed. The owner can provide assistance in French, Spanish, and English, which is a bonus. The location of this condominium is excellent: a 5-minute walk to a nice Chedraui, 5 minutes to 5th Avenue, and 1 minute to 10th Avenue.

La Papaya is a great place for its price. Location is perfect (3 minutes form the 5th street) and it was not as noizy as in the center. Appartments are really big, 2 bathrooms, large balcony, kitchen and living room. It had all the stuff, i. e. microwave, dishwasher, washing and drying machines, 2 ACs, TV, hairdryer, plenty of towels, water, etc, so we did not have to buy anything. It also has an underground parking space and amazing gym.

What I liked about this hotel was the smooth communication with both the host and the assigned concierge. The location was very central, close to tourist spots and restaurants, yet quiet and within walking distance to 5th Avenue. The rooms were spacious, making it ideal for a large group of men. We also felt safe, as there was a 24/7 gate guard on site.

Our stay at mare condo was super comfy. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. Apartments are very welcoming and have all the amenities you need. Great value for the price. Rooftop also is very nice to refresh in the pool.
The apartment was beautiful and super well equipped. The condominium was incredible with a gym, multiple pools and so many more amenities. The staff was also nice. We had a very comfortable stay and can’t wait to be back! The host was always very responsive and helpful. We absolutely recommend this place if you are passing by Playa del Carmen.
Modern apartment in a new build block. Location away from the main tourist area which made it quieter. Nice balcony which gets sun all day and into the evening. Comfortable big bed with a proper duvet. Two big beach towel provided. Strong wifi and AC. Lovely pool area with WiFi on the roof.
The condo was super nice, very well equipped nothing is missing from it. Great location. We have done a lot of rental in Playa, and this one is one of the best.
I could have given a maximum rating for my one night stay but I had a problem with check in which made me waste an hour, a lower rating will be written.

Scam! This apartment is occupied and not available to rent. The contact on the booking says they no longer manage this property. I don't know where my money went, but this listing is not valid so do not book this apartment. Other apartments are available in this condominium, managed by real property agents, but not C306.
The complex was in a great location and we loved the jungle themed planting that gave privacy and created such a wonder atmosphere in what is a very busy location. It was a refuge from the liveliness of Playa del Carmen.
We had a 2 bed penthouse condominium which included a large roof terrace with sunbeds, hot tub, bbq and areas of shade to sit. We used this terrace extensively through out stay.
We really enjoyed our stay in this property.
It was super clean, close to everything and according to my opinion especially if you are staying longer it has the best location.
There is a big grocery store. The condo is close to many restaurants, to main pedestrian zone and beach, but in more quite area.
The apartment-studio is in general small, but very functional. All facilities are new and well maintained.
The flat is very big, comfortable bed in a great condominium, with swimming pool and jacuzzi
