Better use the taxi while in Skopje, local authorities will pick up your car and take it to the car depot if not legally parked + 80 euro fine.

Marco is a very friendly host who provided us with an introduction to the flat and the amenities by coming over personally upon our arrival. The flat is located about 2.5 km from the centre on a residential estate. It has free parking facilities. The flat is modern, has one bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and dining area. We booked it for 2 adults and 2 children. There are two balconies and an excellent air conditioning system. The bathroom has a well functioning shower and a washing machine is also available as well as an iron and hairdryer. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric hob, oven and all the basic cooking utensils. It was sufficient to make eggs, tea and toast in the morning, and I managed to cook several evening meals for us when we didn't fancy going out to eat. The local area has so many shops including a supermarket, a green grocery, a bakery, a bank and the petrol station is nearby. Towels were provided. Bedding was comfortable. The tv is fully Internet functioning and one can stream whatever one likes. All in all an excellent accommodation and fairly priced. We would return and stay here again if we visited Skopje again.
