The location is as described, lose to the old city gate and beginning of the Ladder Of Kotor. The host had limited English but made up for it in effort. Parking is tight but doable, keep your car small. The rooms are a very good value for the money, clean and comfortable.

- The location is fantastic: 1-2 minutes of walking distance to old town, the path to climb the mountain (for free) is just down the hill, few nice restaurants nearby, shopping mall, bakery, Kotor beach in 5-7 minutes of walking distance. It was great to swim even in the 2nd half of October, the water was warm. - Quite spacious: 2 bedrooms + 1 living room, was perfect to fit 4 people. Well-equipped kitchen, nice terrace with panoramic views, was a pleasure to have lunch there. - The host was very helpful and friendly, also let us check-in few hours earlier as we had our flight early in the morning.
