The Apartment is situated in the heart of NE and enjoys a stunning view of the "Piduruthalagala" mountain range. It's surrounded by top-class hotels. The bathrooms are particularly well-maintained, though there is some molds growing between the tiles and shower cabins. It is recommended that a deep cleaning be carried out to maintain the standard. The staff was friendly and supportive throughout my stay. The parking facilities are good and the elevator was very helpful.

It was a perfect stay. Everything was as described and displayed. The host was very friendly and warm and continuously kept in touch to ensure our stay went smoothly. He also provided us with an early check-in since we came to Nuwara Eliya early. He provided clear instructions on how to obtain the keys, responded promptly, and also checked-up on us even during the stay to make sure we were comfortable.
Talking about the apartment, everything was of high quality. The entire apartment was very clean and spotless, it had all the tools you would require for a comfortable stay, including all the kitchen appliances and also plenty of storage areas and towels as well. The bedrooms were excellent with comfy beds, blackout curtains and pleasant lighting. The bathrooms were good too, everything was very functional with high quality fittings and hot water. Everything was modern and worked very well. One bedroom had a balcony, and since the apartment was on the 4th floor, it provided us with a lovely view (Check the photo I attached).
The location was also excellent and not difficult at all to get to. It was very close to nearby shops and supermarkets and also the Gregory Lake and the race course. There was private parking at the basement with proper security for us to park our car without worry.
Overall, it was a seamless and comfortable stay, and I would definitely consider staying here next time I am in Nuwara Eliya.

We are delighted with our experience at The Apartment. The atmosphere is inviting and cozy, making it easy for our family to relax and unwind. Our kids have been entertained and content inside the apartment, and my wife has been enjoying the fully equipped kitchen to prepare meals. The roof terrace is a definite highlight, providing stunning views and a great space to spend time together as a family.
However, we have noticed some noise coming from the water pump that has been a bit bothersome. It would be wonderful if this issue could be addressed to ensure a more peaceful stay. Despite this minor inconvenience, we have had no other complaints and are thoroughly enjoying our time here. We highly recommend The Apartment for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Care Taker is very friendly and checking was quick and the room was ready on arrival. location is convenient and a bit far away from town, but this is nice as traffic is huge, especially on the season.
My kids were really happy with the bunker beds on the apartment.

What a beautiful apartment by a beautiful host! It was so convenient to reach all our required destinations like gregory lake, the gardens and the town. The beds were grand and accomodating. I felt as thought we were in England which is probably why the area is called 'little England'. Needless to say the people were so friendly and accomodating.My family and I could LIVE here. You will most definitely see us back in this penthouse on our next visit to Sri Lanka 😊
The apartment looked the same as the photos on Booking.com. The staff were available all the time and very supportive. The kitchen was fully equipped and functional. The entire apartment was very clean. The interior, lighting, and ventilation of all areas were excellent. The views from the apartment were decent.

it was a very short stay for us (1 night) so we actually didnt have time to make full use of the amenities :) But it met our requirements, and would recommend breeze casa for a comfortable stay at NE!

Clean modern apartment, which appealed to us as after a few days of travelling felt comfortable and at home. Infact we rested well one day here. We didn’t cook, but cooking facilities were good.
The location was excellent and the apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. Any small issues were quickly resolved by the onsite caretaker. We walked to and from the property from the bus station with full rucksacks and baggage. It is an easy walk from town. The owner was quick to communicate and helpful. We would stay again if returning.
