While this is a very chilled out place, and overall stay was comfortable and worthy of the money you pay, Suren's customer service transcends that of 5 star hotel. He makes you feel like a VIP and always proactive with his services. No food was provided. Short walk to the Galle Road for breakfasts of our choice. the rooftop floor with pool was a lovely quiet place to relax in. The view was a treat and there were no mosquitoes. Top marks for the AC. never let us down in the humidity. The supplied drinking water was a surprise, very convenient. Priyanka gets a special word of thanks. always smiling, and available to open the gate no matter how late or early the hour.
