It's nice place to stay, whether with family, friends or solo. The distance was reasonable and affordable to the train station or convenient/ supermarket/ shop. Just the train line does not really cover the JR line. Bit far from the main station which is mostly covered under JR line. But it is still easy access to reach your destination, just an extra step.

Costa Rica
How close it was to the train station, 7-elevens, and other facilities to get a quick bite late at night, the room was spacious, very clean, and had all the stuff we needed for the cold days (extra pillows and blankets), shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the place was a nice touch since we were planning on buying our own, overall a great place to stay. Also, the area of Itabashi was very safe to walk late at night when we were returning from a day in central Tokyo.

Philippines
RC Annex was a nice fit for my family of 5. It had all the necessities we would need like utensils, couches, enough area for our luggage. It was also accessible to central Tokyo but it takes a while (30 mins via blue line). Host was also easy to talk to and very responsive re: all our inquiries esp during check in. The area was also very nice as its mostly residential buildings, some dining options.

There was plenty of space, apartment was very clean, and it was in a quiet part of the neighborhood. Only about a 10 minute walk to the train station and a ton of restaurants and other stores along the way. Having a laundry machine also really helped out too. Staff was very nice and attentive. Would absolutely return in the future.
