General cleanliness was good; there were some dustiness but it was not a major issue. Check in/out was simple and fuss free. Having a washing machine and a dryer were a blessing for an extended stay. Having free snacks and drinks was very kind. Ice-cream and shaved ice were very appreciated on the hot sweltering days. Hotel might not look like much from the outside, but on the inside it is absolutely great. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

We were 4 (2 adults and 2 kids of age 9 and 7) and stayed 3 nights. The apartment is new and clean with 3 big beds and we all could sleep very comfortably. It was equipped very well for long stay; kitchen and cleaning tools, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hair dryer, hair iron, bunch of skin care products, disposable slippers, wash machine and dryer, detergent and softer for laundry, dish soap, etc. We didn't notice at first, but there was a projector and it was also cool. The owner prepared a welcome surprise for us too. It was very nice. I'm really happy that we chose this apartment.

We stayed in beautiful Naha, Okinawa for 5 nights in June and we liked everything about this condo: the central location close to 2 monorail stations, bus terminal, bus stops and all tourist attractions, like restaurants, malls, food and convenience stores, etc. The layout is very spacious with 2 toilets and 2 showers, private beds, fully equipped kitchen, tatami area, dining and living area, washing/drying units, AC, key code access lock, etc. Everything was functional and worked like a clock! It's nicely decorated in soft neutral tones, comfortable, very clean and bright. Host was extremely helpful and responsive to every our need, timely provided all information and promptly answered every question. Such a great stay, wish we could stay longer and enjoy it more!
