All the amenities and facilities are completed and looked new. We had a comfortable stay for three nights. The host was also really kind to let us check-in earlier than check-in time. The place is around 5mins walk to Shin-Imamiya station (west exit). There is no elevator on west exit. If you need to use elevator, take the east exit which is a bit further away. If you come out from west exit, go to the right and you will come across south & north exit. Go through that as it was a bit confusing if you follow the google map once you come out of west exit. Overall, i had a pleasant stay and definitely recommended this place.
