This is the best accommodation we had in Japan. The place isn't big but has everything. The filtered water machine was a plus. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They recommended almost every meal we had in Tokyo and told us how to get to places. When we said the room was too bright and our son woke up at 5am. They didn't have blocked out curtains but managed to put some clothes up to keep the room dark for us. They were super nice to our son and would always greet us and play with our son when we walked past. When we left, it was very nice of them to give our son a gift. The neighbour is quiet but full of restaurants and has family mart & grocery store around. Highly recommend 三叶家(みきょうや) next door. Food and the owner are nice.

We were lucky to find this place at a reasonable price. It's within walking distance of Nakameguro, one of my favorite areas in Tokyo. The neighborhood is charming, and if you're looking for somewhere near Shibuya that's still quiet, this is the perfect spot. The accommodation itself is very cozy, well-maintained, and spacious enough for two people.

The apartment is cozy and much more like a small home than what you typically would get in a hotel.
To be able to relax at home is in our opinion an essential complement to the otherwise rather intensive Tokyo experience.
Great kitchen and kitchen utensils -- but remember to bring your own kitchen knife and cutting board if you intend to cook at home.
The contact person was very helpful and even helped us get back an important item we forgot in the apartment.
