Due to a transportation problem, we arrived much later than the predetermined checkin time. They were comprehensive and there was not problem. The (late) checkin was perfect.

We spent an unforgettable 10 days of our vacation at these apartments in Noli. Situated in a quiet suburb of Noli, the apartments offer an incredible view of Spotorno. The host kindly allowed us to check in late (around 8:00 PM) and welcomed us with focaccia and drinks in the fridge.
The apartments are located on a slight elevation, about 1 km from the sea. However, be aware that walking this distance can be challenging and somewhat unsafe due to the winding road without a sidewalk. There is free parking available on the property.
The apartments themselves were exceptionally clean, recently renovated, and equipped with everything you might need, except for a washing machine. Additionally, you will have access to a small garden with garden furniture, shaded by lemon and olive trees. And of course, there is a terrace with an unforgettable view of the sunrise over the Spotorno coast.
For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. The view is amazing, from every part of the flat. Iy is clean and comfortable apartment. Just in front of the building there are several alternatives for eati&dringing.
The view from the flat was exceptional (all windows facing the see). The hotel is directly at the beach. The big plus was the free 2 sun beds, umbrella and a changing room at the nearby Liliana beach! Also free bus tickets for the region were provided and when needed we got parking slots as well. We will definitively return to this hotel!
Great location, across the road from beach. . Local restaurant Tresor 2 min from apartment amazing and very accommodating for families. Man at merry-go-round across the road from apartment also a hit. Take advantage of private parking available, gets very busy from early morning to late evening so no fun hunting for white box parking nearby.
We stayed in a simple apartment from where you can see the water from basically every window .
The mattresses are not as comfortable as I expected and would need an update ( seen the price one pays) .
