Cosy vaulted bedroom in an amazing early 17th century building, well decorated, good modern bathroom, very good bed, view over river and towards the arched bridge, simple kitchen with microwave and Nespresso machine and classic Italian espresso maker. The owner takes special care and loves this piece of history in her village. Good free parking lot about 100 m away across the river, arched bridge + steep narrow staircase to access (it's a 17th C building after all), but well worth the experience of visiting the warren of tiny covered passages leading up to the castle.

we loved everything! the little house had a lovely terrace, there was everything we needed in regards to cooking facilities, the bed was comfortable and the bed linen and towels were pristinely clean.
