Our hosts were very accomodating, gave us very helpful tips regarding boat travel, restaurants, ice cream, everything. The apartment was very clean, spacious and well stocked with appliances and everything you need. There is free parking nearby, which is a rarity at Como.

Mario was the best host I have ever met in my entire life. He was always ready to go far and beyond for us, and gave us very solid advices about the attractions in Lake Como. The apartment was a bit far from the Tremezzo ferry station, but Mario greeted us and helped us get there by his car. If you want to try some authentic local cusine, you have to ask Mario. You should also download the Whatsapp app and message him directly, and he will answer any questions that you have. As for the apartment itself, Mario had kept it squeaky clean. He even prepared a collection of tea bags and an espresso machine, so that you can enjoy the view of the lake and the mountains from the apartment balcony. The bed was nice and comfy, and the whole place was kept quite cool even though it was burning hot outside. There is also a clean swimming pool outside. For us, staying in Tremezzo for our lake Como trip was the right choice, as Tremezzo tends to be more peaceful than other places like Bellagio or Como. It felt more authentic.

Amazing views and really comfortable house: spacious rooms, beds, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. even air conditioning! Because there were high temperatures this August. Very good location to take the ferry to Belaggio or Varenna. Perfect place for a family or 2 couples. Also, the very best is the attention of Matteo, the owner, really friendly and helpful and ready to explain to us how to make the most of the Lake. Totally recommended place. The view from the appartment on the Como lake is magnificient. To enjoy the breakfast outside on the terrace was fantastic! The owner and host Mario, is a great person who gives advice, drives you down town or other places if you want to and presented a good bottle of Italian proseco upon arrival. For everybody who plans to visit lake Como a strong recommendation.
