The apartment was excellent and the checking in process was easy. Very different from a Hotel option. Cleaning facilities tools was so helpful for our long family trip.

Great location in Seregno, bakery across the street, 1-2 min walk to a charming square, cafés and shops. Clean, spacious place for up to 2 people with all the appliances one might need during the stay. WiFi speed is excellent! Alessandra is helpful, provided a lot of information and guidance related to the functioning of the studio flat prior to my arrival there. Great starting point for visiting Seregno, Milan by train in 30 min.(train ticket could be as little as 3.5 € in one direction) and Lake Como as well as many other surrounding towns.
We had the pleasure of staying at Bluverde for the second time last Christmas, and it was as delightful as our first visit. The apartment is impeccably clean and extremely functional, accommodating all our needs easily. Dina's warm hospitality and attention to detail made our stay comfortable and memorable. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a cozy and convenient stay near Milan.
Apartment was really clean, and it is like a small flat - you have everything to live there!! They even have Netflix which we used during the bad weather moments (which were quite a few). Nice and helpful staff also. :) Great sustainability ideas and tips for apartment users, that's really nice.
Very comfortable and large modern apartment with a private entrance and free parking next to the house close to Milan. A nice owner eager to help and accommodate our requests.
The apartment is located a short 5 to 10 minute walk from the centre of Seregno. It is well equipped with everything that I might need for a long or short stay. Dina was very friendly and helpful when I met her to access the apartment which is in an enclosed court yard with gated access making it nice and secure.
