The unit was so fresh and spacious. Travelling with friends, it was a blessing to have our own bedroom and bathroom.
Access to the town was easy, with great eating and grocery stores nearby.

We stayed in the ground floor flat which is actually a small cave so good to spend one or two nights but not more I think (there are other flats upstairs)
The flat is clean with all you need, equiped with a small kitchen and a small bathroom.

There was a stunning view from the main bedroom window over the River Velino. The apartment was spacious with large rooms and lots of old dark wood furniture. We were able to park out the front to off-load our bags, then the host kindly drove with us to show us where to park - a dedicated spot behind the apartment. It was an easy 10 minute walk over the bridge and up to the central piazza.

The host was exceptional! They went above and beyond in recommending places to eat and helping make arrangements to the train station. The apartment is on the fourth floor but it is delightful with a great view from the terrace. The host left a thoughtful assortment of breakfast items, plus water. One of the best apartments and experiences we've had over the years!

Very comfortable apartment with everything you need. A lovely welcome on arrival. Although near a main road, the apartment is at the back of the house and I had a peaceful night's sleep. There's a garden area to sit out in too. I really enjoyed my short stay here.
It's about a 10 minute walk from the St Francis Way and 40 minutes into the centre of Rieti. There's a supermarket close by for provisions.
The apartment is great - very nicely decorated, more than enough space, clean and cozy. It also has a surprising personal touch and it is pretty well equipped (fully functional kitchen, jacuzzi tub and a great music system). The flat is close to the city center (10-15 min walk) and very close to a supermarket (3 minutes away).
