Everything was great! Sig. Giovanni and his wife are great hosts. We had an amazing stay, felt like home away from home. We had such a great time at Tom's place. Tom and his family are absolutely lovely and ensure that you have an amazing stay. The studio is well equipped, in a beautiful property, surrounded by olive trees. You can reach out to Florence city center in less than 30min with the train, which is really convenient. You have both the advantages of the countryside and the proximity with Florence. You definitely need to try Tom's food, he is a great cook and adapt himself to your diet (his veggie food is amazing). We were quite sad to leave Le Balze after a week and really hope to be back one day. Grazzie Tom, Nikky, Sammy and Pikka!

The location is great, having a view of the terrace feels like you’re in the river Arno. The flat was beautiful, clean and very well equipped, both in the kitchen as in the climatization. Melissa has been a very attentious host, it was a pleasure to meet her. The flat has been rented for 14 nights, for my mother who came to visit me in Italy and she felt like at home. Melissa’s family also have a welcoming caffe nearby the flat with traditional sweets and other pastry. Carefour supermarket at short walking from the flat and other big comercial areas 5 minutes away by car. The city is also full of small stores, family business based, traditional or specialized.

It was a great place to stay outside the busy areas but close enough to Florence! The apartment was fully equipped and clean! The airco also was perfect. The pool was awesome. Andrea an Silvia were super helpful. Also they had a lot of lovely kitties :)
A Peaceful and far from the city country house with a view on the mountains.
Very pretty garden with all sorts of trees and plants. The fence of the house is made of Laurel, the smell was everywhere I loved it.
You have a parking space for free.

There's a pool area that is really nice to chill in. There's a bar at the pool with drinks and food very decently priced.

Easy to find, and a warm welcome. I was allowed to park the moto inside the gates: thank you. The apartment was fairly compact, and the bed comfortable, though nearly on the floor. The 15 minute walk to the supermarket kept me fit!
Great location and a very popular restaurant on Friday and Saturday night(too crowded) however because of our plan did not eat there. There was a huge fishing pond and the it was looking amazing just outside our room with an option to leave your window or doors open for the view. Lovely location, easy communication and apartments were good for cooking food with lots of vessels, Refrigerator etc. Great for families and someone who can spend at least a day peacefully in the place!

A peaceful gateway that my friends and I enjoyed a lot. The flat was spacious and the hosts were super friendly. The pool was amazing as well. Close to some amazing vineyards that you can get lost in for hours.
Wonderful peaceful location, but the facilities at the accommodation were excellent. We spent a lot of time at the fantastic pool and the pool bar for drinks and snacks was great. The on site restaurant was also excellent and clearly very popular with the locals. The staff were exceptional, very helpful and accommodating. Provisions as staying guests for sun beds at the pool and reservations at the restaurant were very welcome. The apartment itself was lovely and had everything needed.
The location was quiet and lovely, the apartment was large, David was a friendly and attentive host, the breakfast was excellent, Giacomo provided a good and informative tour of the property, the pool area was clean and well kept. The property had nice gardens with peacocks.
