It’s just like on the photos. The apartmant is located in smaller city which is ideal for morning and evening walks. There is a lot of restaurants near by and a bunch of markets.
The apartmant was cozy, clean and well furnished. They give you towels and sheets to use for the time of staying. Apartmant also have full kitchen utensils.

Beautiful and airy, extremely clean and lovingly furnished apartment in a quiet location in a small village near Gardaland Park. We slept very well, the apartment had everything you need, car parking is nearby, and communication with the owner was very prompt and easy. Invaluable is that breath of Italy that you carry with you as a souvenir both because of the location and because of the apartment itself. Warm recommendation!

The accommodation is great. It is nicely reconstructed, super clean and keeps local atmosphere. We really enjoyed the beautiful views and short track around the village as well as dinner in the restaurant nearby. We regret that we stayed for just one night there.

I liked the friendly hosts who welcomed us, showed us everything in the apartment and helped us with plans for visiting the surrounding attractions, left us small gifts in the apartment. A big plus is a parking space in the garage with elevator, location of the apartment. Inside the apartment we had everything and more than necessary for a pleasant stay (hair dryer, iron, ironing board, dishes, towels,...)
We had a fantastic stay at Ainipoti Apartment with our family. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, waiting for us upon arrival and taking the time to explain everything we needed to know. Apartment is big and nice, it had the kitchen utensils we needed, and a laundry machine. the owners Silvia and Giorgio were very kind to us, they placed local fruits and wine for us on arrival which were very tasty, and assisted with any question or recommendation
The size of the apartment was perfect for 4 persons. The garden was beautiful. Pescantina is a quiet small town with all you need and without lots of tourists. It's a great starting point for discovering the Valpolicella wine region and the region's cheeses
The apartment was lovely nice and clean and a hood size for us who were 3 kids and 3 adults although my kids were small ages. The host was helpful and had a wide range of leaflets for things to do in the area which was great she had so many that it was hard to choose. And a massive supermarket across the road
