The scenery is beautiful and quiet. There are some lovely sculptures in the courtyard. The dining room and kitchen of the residence have skylights, which provide good lighting. We booked the 2 bedroom penthouse apartment with terrace in the new building and it far exceeded our expectations. The apartment itself is brand new, modern, beautiful, and spacious. Beds were comfortable. The view from the terrace and living room is AMAZING! You can sit outside and enjoy the views of the town, mountains, and cable cars. There was even a hot tub on the deck that wasn’t noted in the listing. Great location in the center of town. Parking on site for a small fee. Elevator. Staff was kind and helpful. The slightly higher rate for such a luxury accommodation was well worth it and really made the trip!
