So much character ! Beautiful property in quiet location. The owner Maria was exceptional. She was very friendly helpful and quick to answer any queries before arrival and during our stay. The wonderful regional pastry desserts she left for us on arrival in the fridge were a delicious treat. Very comfortable bed and sofa in sitting room. A large fan already running in the bedroom. Electric mosquito device with spare tablets in the bedroom. Plenty of towels provided. Appreciated hand and shower gel available in the bathroom. Ice cubes ready in the freezer.

A very charming flat with fabulous views and a nice, long terrace to enjoy the view and have meals. The flat is in the middle of the historic centre, excellent location. The owners were very helpful, even calling a taxi for us when we were stranded in a small town with no taxi service.

The host was very welcoming and waited for us. It certainly made check in very easy. The host also provided nice local recommendations. the rooms were very big and comfortable, providing a lot of space for a family of 5. The hitter was just at the right temperature. The apartment is really nice and offered a lot of space. The hosts are really friendly and the area is nice and calm. There was a nice and easygoing dog with whom we shared the garden. Taking metro and bus Genzano is also well connected to the city center, from the bus station it is a 10min walk to the apartment.
The view from the balcony was fairy tale like. We rested our mind and recharged our batteries. The apartment inside is also fairy tale like , all the details are well thought of, and the place was very clean. We felt right at home. We highly recommend this place❤️
Four days in Nemi and the surrounding Castelli Romani are a gem, about La Fontanella. Maria and Carlo were so helpful and welcoming, the stay was very good, the place is very typical ,Swedish at heart , every item in the house has a story to tell.Cosy and clean with all facilities working.We used a rental car for roaming around, parking is available within 5 mins from la Fontanelle, full access is available to the property for pickup/unloading.

Self catering unit was far more than we expected.. clean sunny, fresh. Beds were comfortable and rooms very spacious. I loved the gardens and the HUGE pumpkins and squash at the reception area.
The apartment was in an excellent location in the tiny town of Nemi. I was looking for a quiet retreat for a couple of days and this was perfect. Very clean, moderately equipped. I appreciated the hair dryer and the nespresso coffee maker. As a solo female traveler, i was happy to find a very sturdy front door and lock. The balcony was icing on the cake.
This is a charming little studio flat with all mod coms. It is located in the old burgh of Nemi, which appears to eb the oldest part of the town (which by itself is very old as well). The flat has a large balcony with stunning views on the lake and surrounding forest. It is an ideal vantage point to roam around lake Nemi and the Castelli Romani area.
