So much character ! Beautiful property in quiet location. The owner Maria was exceptional. She was very friendly helpful and quick to answer any queries before arrival and during our stay. The wonderful regional pastry desserts she left for us on arrival in the fridge were a delicious treat. Very comfortable bed and sofa in sitting room. A large fan already running in the bedroom. Electric mosquito device with spare tablets in the bedroom. Plenty of towels provided. Appreciated hand and shower gel available in the bathroom. Ice cubes ready in the freezer.

The location was really close to the train station which made it easy to travel into Rome by train. There were also couple of small bars at the station to buy breakfast.
The parking was secure and the street was very quiet.

Right in the centre of Frascati. Clean, well-equipped and nicely furnished. There were toiletries, water and orange juice in the fridge. I didn't meet the hosts but they responded quickly and with recommendations. I particularly appreciated the air-conditioning (end of July)

Very friendly hosts, nice large and clean apartment. Decent swimming pool. Decent breakfast. Perfect for two people if you’re going to Rome or the vicinity and also want to experience a rural area. You’ll also save a lot of money compared to a downtown hotel in Rome.
All in all, very fun experience.
Agriturismo is surrounded by huge greenery, located near metro station (12 minutes walking distance). The apartment is huge and very comfortable – our consisted of 3 bedrooms, kitchen (with all the appliances) and bathroom. There is also a swimming pool. Great price to quality ratio.
