Absolutely everything! Beautiful peaceful location overlooking the lake. Our appartment was on the 2nd floor with fantastic views and had everything we needed. We could wander around the gardens and find several seating areas with different views and find company with the variety of lovely cats.
Luca was an amazing host, extremely welcoming and helpful and available if we needed anything. A really lovely guy.
5 minute walk to a lovely bakery and great little local restaurant nearby.
We had a wonderful stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

Host very flexible as arrived later then expected and they adjusted accordingly. Felt very safe being a lone female, residential gated area with outside eating & sunbathing terrace that is not overlooked. Hosts respected my privacy yet on hand when ever I needed them. Good location between lake Orta & Maggiore, choice of supermarkets within 10 min drive - do need either a car or if your very into cycling then doable. Large rooms, good amenities very good wifi, comfortable bed, huge HDMI TV and great water pressure in shower.

The location is great, building is great, and overall the apartment is perfect. The kitchen is nice to cook in and it has a great couch and tv setup. It is a very spacious apartment and the bedroom is down the corridor and away from the living area. Plus the wifi is wonderful which seems to be a rarity these days.

Very comfortable, well equipped flat with air-conditioning for our stay. Welcome was lovely and we managed to communicate despite our very limited Italian.
Exceptionally friendly and helpful hosts. Clean and well appointed apartment. A nice base from which to explore the villages at the Southwest side of Lago Maggiore.
The apartment was beautifully furnished by Paolo and Washington with lots of thoughtful touches added by Letizia (eg. wine for weary travelers). Letizia was also VERY helpful and accommodating, always available to answer questions and provide input and suggestions.
It’s a beautiful, fully renovated apartment with a stunning view over lago maggiore - nicer than the pictures suggest. The interior is bright and modern, but warm/cozy. Location is excellent, with shops and restaurants in Arona and the lake front nearby.
Lovely welcome and friendly staff. The room was perfect for our purposes with a comfortable bed and studio kitchen should you want . The location was great for exploring the lower end of the lake.
The place looks just like the photos. It is obviously a real apartment that was designed for someone to live there, so it has a homy feeling to it. Very very clean. The host is soo great, lovely woman! Also, we arrived by car and she had a parking spot ready for us (i think it belongs to her from another building nearby). I love how you can hear the waves of the lake from the bedroom if you leave the window open.

Fabulous location immediately lakeside at Lago Maggiore where you could swim both in the private hotel pool and directly in the lake. The hotel had kayaks and SUPs that you could rent.
The 2-bedroom hotel room/apartment was enormous covering two floors with a bathroom on each and a small rooftop terrace on the top one. Very good air-conditioning system that kept the entire apartment cool even hot summer days.
The hotel restaurant was very good.
