It is well equipped, including anti-mosquito nets on windows and doors, but incredibly also with three bikes, lots of toys for kids, a big garden with table in shade, and with the permission to eat fruits and vegetables in the garden. 12 minutes drive from Lignano beach, 2 minutes walk from a cafeteria (Bar Julia) for a good breakfast.
