Just amazing, excellent location within beautiful Cannobio. A hidden gem, very private, secluded with parking which was a great bonus. Service beyond expectations, as well as the quality of the room, and the amazing view!! The location is perfect, a few minutes walk from the center but just aside enough to be quiet. The studio was fully furnished so cooking was easily manageable.
It was worth more than what we have paid. We will come back!

Three blokes, no dog, long weekend. The early check-in at 9am, the spacious and spotless property with the exectional view over the town, the parking lot next to the property, the kitchen ready to cook, were just some of the many benefits here. Excellent communication with the host Franziska. But the one thing that really made our day was the location. Walk but a few minutes and you have a great variety of bars, restaurants, shops etc. more or less at your doorstep. All in all this trip was most memorable. Fantastic place. Great host. Nothing could have been better.

We stayed for 10 days and loved it. The flat is newly refurbished with lots of great facilities - AC, laundry, dishwasher, new crockery and cooking items, coffee makers, tea, two great bathrooms and nice bedrooms. We spent time in the living area which was comfortable. It felt like home.
Eduardo the host was very helpful at check in and check out, plus with advice and recommendations.

Luino is a perfect place to stay on lake maggiore- well connected to other areas by bus, boat or train. There aren’t too many tourists, we found it quiet (except Wednesday market day) which we were happy with as other towns can be busy. There are lots of great restaurants and the supermarket has lovely produce.

We loved the views of the lake and Alps, the welcome bottle of wine and continental breakfast stuff. The property is medevil with a modern rebrbushment. The flat was very well presented with plenty of mod cons, TV’s, air conditioning, charging points for everything and a nice bathroom. The first floor has air conditionining and stunning views. The area the flat is in is historic and beautiful, just a five to ten minute stroll to the lake. Local restaurants and cafes are also fantastic. Also Switzerland is only a few miles away
Location in the narrow streets of old town. Exceptional apartment with everything one need for a stay. Very welcoming hosts. They even thought of sun umbrella for a beach.
Very well furnished flat, everything you need for a stay with a family, kitchen is perfect, everything is perfectly clean. Nice view on the church. You have giant chessboard on the little square in front of the building, a cafeteria and an excellent ice-cream shop open till late. You can park for free just in front, the beach is 800m on foot, you can rent paddle, have sailing boat lessons for kids, nice pizza, etc. There is shadow the whole day there with nice trees. The village is quiet but with all comodities.
For breakfast, I was provided gluten free bread, biscuits and crackers. Boiled eggs, Salami, Ham and Cheese as well as a good variety of cakes were also available. I also liked the fresh watermelon juice. Apartment is located at a short walking distance to the lake. Nespresso Coffee machine with expresso coffee capsules were provided in the apartment. The fridge with separate freezer is big.
Modern, comfortable apartment in heart of a classic Italian village. All modern amenities were available (3TV,’s with Every channel possible, washing machine and dryer , high speed Wi-Fi and a modern kitchen with all equipment) The host were incredible, helped us move in and were always available to help us navigate the region. very clean and fresh apartment.
Honestly the apartment was beyond my expectations, Gianni is a super host, really kind and helpful. We had spacious and clean lake view apartment. It was a perfect location for our water lover dog as well. I can just recommend this place.
The only thing that we had to get used to is the church bell’s that were right behind the apartment.
