An extremely beautiful place, at an altitude of around 2000 m.a.s.l., a beautiful view directly from the interior. Casa Noemi is a very nice modern house with an architecture sensitive to its surroundings. High-quality construction and material solution, very tasteful interior, excellently equipped with everything needed for maximum comfort. Quiet nights, fragrant meadows, beautiful mornings, tinkling of cowbells somewhere in the distance. Not far away in the neighborhood, a rooster crowed in the morning and he also sounded a beautiful bel canto. We were really excited and captivated.

This is a family-run apartment. The family also runs the Baita Veglia Restaurant/Bar which is convenient to get the keys of the apartment from. Everyone we met, including the owner Graziano, his brother Sergio, nephew Mattia and everyone else running the bar were all very helpful and accommodating. At one point, the wifi company had some troubles so we didn't have wifi in the apartment but everyone helped to get us some wifi connection. We really appreciated everyone's effort and hospitality! The apartment itself is well equipped. We enjoyed cooking! There is heating control in every room which is great. It means you just warm up the room you need, environmentally friendly. They have smart TV which we were able to enjoy in the evenings. I logged in to my Netflix and we were able to enjoy drinking wine whilst watching our Netflix series. Our bedroom was very comfortable and the window looks out in to the mountain. The apartment is opposite the bus stop! It was just perfect. We loved the place and we will book the place again with friends next time. Thank you very much, Graziano and family!

The location was terrific with the bus stops only 50 metres from the apartment, the ski lift also 50 metres from apartment, ski rental & lockers on site and supermarkets/restaurants very close. We could ski back to the apartment every day regardless of which mountain we skied. The Livigno Shuttle Link gave access to the Mottolina side. The owners, Alberto & Kseniya, were super friendly & helpful.

The apartment was brilliant. Amazing location; the supermarket is 5 minutes away, and the chair lift is 2 minutes away. Bus stop just outside if required. Lots of restaurants, bars and ski rental places close by. Fantastic value for money as the apartment has everything you require for a long or short stay. The host looked after us superbly. Highly recommend.
We stayed in a studio apartment for 2 nights. Casa Marianna is one of the few places in Livigno offering bookings for any number of days (not from Saturday to Saturday as usual).
The house has an open parking lot. It also features ski storage in the basement with individual lockers for each apartment, not accessible from the house).
The kitchen was well equipped for a short stay, even had a dishwasher.
The house has a great location, very close to ski lifts and allowing ski-to-door access.
