The apartment was very spacious and very comfortable and in a great location, with a good Caffè (Caffè del Corso) just outside Valentina gave us excellent instructions for a late arrival. We really enjoyed the Perugina chocolates that Valentina gave us.

Amazing views out of the bedroom windows!
The apartment was lovely, very clean and well equipped, quiet at night but still only a very short walk into the centre of Perugia. The host kept in touch via WhatsApp and provided a really helpful video showing the route from the station, via the mini metro, to the apartment. They even arranged for us to drop off bags early with the cleaner, very helpful. All in all we would highly recommend Residenza and would happily return. The only thing I’d mention is that it’s up three flights of stairs with no lift, not a problem for us but worth pointing out.
