We liked everything about Residenze Gregoriane. The staff helped us park, walked up with our bags then immediately sat us in an exquisite 16th century mosaiced courtyard with a fountain, bringing us coffee and cold water (rum or whisky was also offered!) while they sorted out our admin and talked us through the map of this gorgeous little town, giving us lots of useful information. We had chosen the Superior suite partly for its decor which was as stunning as I had hoped: I knew that unlike most of the others it didn’t have an outside space and overlook the water but I loved our pretty town view. Comfortable bed, fluffy towels, plenty of hot water and enough space for our weekend wardrobes. Remarkably quiet given its central location (five minutes walk from Villa d’Este). Breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious with a good selection of pastries, toast, muesli, yogurt, boiled eggs, fresh o-j etc with other options available if you let them know the night before. We didn’t get a chance to use the stunning spa area but other guests warmly recommended it and each guest/couple/family can book it for their exclusive use. The staff were always around and keen to welcome us back each time. We didn’t expect beforehand that we’d return to Tivoli but we would now love to, largely based on our experience at this delightful hostelry. Highly recommended!

The apartment was beautifully furnished with all things having been considered and provided. The owner even provided us with coffee, milk and bottled water. The owner could not have been more helpful from providing bus timetables to allow us to get to Villa Adriana to the address of the local medical service. I would highly recommend this apartment to any couple wishing to spend a few days exploring what Tivoli has to offer.

The apartment is in a central location, close to the train and various sites. There is everything you need, a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and even Netflix. The best thing was the kindness of Mauro, who showed us wonderful places in Tivoli and told us about the history of the place and even offered to accompany us to Villa D’este, it's a shame we only got there for one day. We had a lot of fun. We will definitely go back there if we visit Tivoli.

Fabulous stay, loved the private terrace off our loft room, the pool was excellent Guilia and her family were amazing hosts. Lovely breakfast, we made some short sightseeing trips to Tivoli and Subiaco and Montecelio hill top town. Definitely recommend.

Excellent Apartment, Location and Host. Host was very perceptive of our needs as a family and provided some excellent recommendations to make the most of our 3 night stay.
Having previously always stayed in Rome I booked with some trepidation regarding location. However I neednt have had any concern. Easy transfer into Rome with car, and good links with public transport.
Kids loved the interaction with the farm animals and the small onsite play area.
Local dining options were available for excellent breakfast and dinner.
Good location. Close to restaurants and gelateria. By the car, of course. Cows, donkey - all included. Fresh air and clean apartment. Great owner Lisa helps you on everything
