It is a great little apartment. We had been travelling for a while and selected the apartment because it stated that there was a dryer and washing machine, but they were communal machines and not based in the apartment and the dryer wasn't available, so we had to find a laundromat to finish our laundry. Other than that, the host was friendly and the apartment was clean.

The place exceeded our expextations. It's comfy, designed with taste, with everything you need to spend your free time away from home.
It's impecabbly clean. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a coffee machine. There is a washing machine in the bathroom, an iron and ironing board.
You can sleep on a mezzanine or, if you prefer, there is a foldable sofa downstairs.
It's right next to the Volta metro station. So, if you can't be bothered walking down to the city centre, take the metro. It's just 4 stops away from Brescia train station.
There is a grocery store across the street and a Conad supermarket within a 1km walk.

Place is very close to ZTL zone. It has private parking so very good advantage. You can walk to centre max 5 min. Place was clean and comfy. Just pay attention to instructions to reach the flat to avoid ZTL restrictions.

Loved the decor and the cleanliness of the apartment. The host, Cristina also went out of her way to provide us a warm welcome on our first day of the trip. We reached close to 8pm, was tired and had a tired toddler, Cristina offered to order us pizza which arrived quickly. Also was super attentive to ensuring we had a good stay, was just a Whatsapp message away for our needs :) only stayed one night but would return if we find ourselves in Lake Garda again.

I didn't like the breakfast because it was coffee. There wasn't tea. They should have added tea in order for someone to make a choice.
