The building was beautiful and clean. There was an elevator for the 6-floored building. The apartment was also fresh and clean, beautifully decorated with Genoa related embellishments. There were black out curtains. Also the air conditioning was a blessing. Quality television and various channels to entertain yourself. The kitchen was equipped with enough tools: an induction stove, fridge, microwave oven, utensils, plates and glasses, capsule coffee machine, a water boiling kettle, even a juicer. The host had provided enough towels and various bathroom amenities (liquid and solid soaps, q-tips, etc). The apartment came with a pleasant balcony where you can have a glass of wine and relax. WIFI is also provided. The location was good. The apartment is nicely placed (15-20 min walk) between two main train stations: Genoa Piazza Principe and Brignole. The old port, Aquarium, Piazza De Ferrari, and other great places to see were nearby. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes around, so you'll never be hungry.

The most affordable and convenient location. Spotless clean with everything you need. The nearest location to Genoa Port. We could see the cruise boat from our bed. The host was very helpful and accommodated us with everything extra we need it. It is a beautiful building in the middle of everywhere. It's less than 5 minutes from Piazza Principe, train station, Port, shopping and restaurants. We canceled the rental car because we didn't need it. We could walk everywhere. Super highly recommended to everyone.

Very nice apartment in the middle of Genova - has everything you could ask for for a visit of Genova. Literally in the middle of the historic part of the city. The host was the nicest lady ever - welcomed and accommodated us. We were staying one night only so she kept our luggage the whole day next day as we were leaving the city in the evening and we could enjoy a full day boat tour. Many thanks!

This apartment was so clean and so spacious. We have been traveling around Italy and France and this place was by far the biggest and nicest with marbles bathroom, very comfortable beds and convenience of accessing to Genoa piazza principe by a bus in front of the apartment building. The Tabacci where we can buy the bus tickets was just in front as well. Franca was helpful, greeting and meeting us at the property. The apartment door was automated with locks and it had a cool function to open it with a switch on the wall from inside. Secure and beautiful property! Highly recommend!
