Very nice attic, huge space and modern furniture. Very clean, nice and well organized. If I have to give a suggestion, I would leave just a little bit of essentials (sugar, oil, salt) in the kitchen ;-). But there were some coffe cap for the machine, and it is very important!;-)

So clean and comfortable. Was able to cook and eat a homecooked meal. Basic cooking utensils provided. Cute interior and hoast had provided complimentary drinks, which was lovely.. excellent communication with hoast. Free parking outside accommodation. The location was nice close to si con te supermarket also we vacated on a Friday morning and hit the jackpot with street market specialising in high quality ittalian ladies fashion. The start of the market is a street away on the left of the property and goes all the way up to the si con te supermarket street. We visited Portonovo beach on hoast recomendation, which was about a 40 drive through lovely Italian countryside. Upon arrival, be prepared to do a few laps around the car park. We parked after 6 pm and so the parking was free. The beach is pebbled, and so is the sea, but warm, clear waters await you. We loved our stay, even if it was for one night.

The accommodation is super close to the airport, a 15-minute walk, which is super convenient to be able to catch very early flights. And a bus stop to travel to and back from the city is located 2 min away, which is perfect.
The host is very kind and helpful.

We often stop in Montemarciano on the way back to England and this was one of our best experience.
Easy communication, very pet friendly (and we did not have to pay the usual extra), breakfast included at a local bar, nice flat with all facilities and very clean.
We will be back if available.

The apartment is well appointed on a quiet street. We booked it because it is close to the airport and we had an early flight. We could have easily stayed there and done our Ancona and surroundings exploration with a rental car. We were more than pleasantly surprised. The little patio is perfect for a relaxing day or just to sip wine for a couple of hours. Dino is the most accommodating host, even getting us to the airport at 5am did not seem to bother him. Definitely a great place to stay.
