Breakfast was not included but they kindly left croissants, coffee and tea for us to help ourselves. It's 15mts from Arezzo's Piazza Grande. Unbelievable! Nice apartment on a very convenient location of Arezzo. Just a few minutes walk from a free parking space, as well as from historic town center where many shops and good restaurants can be found. Check in was very efficient - entirely done online. First, a scan of a document was neded to be uploaded, then and a selfie was required for verification. After that, the owner provided a code for entering the building where keys to the apartment could be collected from a box. Apartment itself had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including fully equipped kitchen. Recommended!

Martina was amazing. The apartment is in the most scenic and beautiful part of the city - right in front of the city walls. Martina furnished Insides of the apartment not only with a comfortable furniture and all the facilities. Everything inside was color coordinated, worked well and represented good artistic taste of Martina. Highly recommended.

Maurizio has received us upon our arrival with a smile, helped us with the luggage and ushered us to our apartment in the loft. This place has small but fully functional kitchen including a gas range and fridge and microwave and a coffee machine with a generous amount of coffee capsules. What a treat ! I have never stayed in a loft apartment like this one. Two thumbs up for the room arrangement. It did not feel small at all. The balcony was a bonus. Location wise we could not have asked for a better one outside of the old town. It took us 8 minutes to drive to the historic city centre. We like to walk, so actually we could have easily covered the distance on foot too. If in the area We will definitely book this place again. Thank you Maurizio.
