The owner of the apartment went above and beyond expectations. As a suggestion for the future guests we suggested to have an egg boiler in the kitchenette. Within hours the owner bought and delivered an egg boilers. The apartment building (so not the owners fault) had issues with hotwater. The owner bought us a pass so we had free access to all the public pools in Reykjavik. I think a services that was more than one might expect. The apartment studio is small, but very well and luxurious furnished and has a side view on the ocean.

We absolutely loved the stay. The apartment was clean, pretty quiet, there was everything we needed - microwave, coffee machine, kettle... The only thing we could've used that wasn't available was tea, but that's not much of a downside. Also, an iron was mentioned in the description, but we couldn't locate it (maybe it was there, but we just didn't manage to find it). We didn't need it though, so no problem. Also, there is an amazing bakery right across the apartment building, with great pastry (vegan options available), that was a big plus. We never really eat at bakeries, but we had to go there several days in a row - the pastry keeps you full for hours. I cannot find the exact look of our apartment in the photos provided, but it actually looked better than the one I thought we'd get.

We stayed 2 nights in Blue Mountain Apartments, in room 503 with big windows. Easy check in and check out. Apartment was big enough, with comfortable bed. Extra bed was also comfortable. Everything worked great. Parking in front apartmens, nearby is supermarket Bonus. It was very quiet stay, there was washing machine in the hall, but we heard no noise inside.
