Comfortable and easy to get to. The check in was very easy as well, received a code and just got into our house. Even tho we weren't having any problems, staff came over to help if it was needed. At check out, we just closed the door and left. Staff came over to say goodbye including a very happy and friendly dog. Nice and warm house with two great sized rooms and living room and connected kitchen. We cooked dinner and breakfast and all was working as expected. The photos and description are accurate!

The entire guesthouse is very clean and well maintained, the kitchen cabinet and shower room and toilet cabinet look so new like they were recently renovated.
The house feels so comfortable and homely. Kitchen is well equipped. We cooked a great meal to enjoy a wonderful family dinner.
There is a cabinet in the living room with an impressive collection of gem stones and rocks.
The owner Pall waited for us to check in while we had a delay at the airport. Very nice host.
The next morning we were greeted by two charming and affectionate big dogs (not sure if they are Icelandic dogs) outside the house, which probably belong to the owner.
The only regret is that there is no laundry and tumble dry machine.
Nevertheless, it was a great stay and we will definitely be back if we come to Iceland again.

Lovely, cosy stay, perfect place to stop off between the golden circle and the south coast on our road trip. Very handy to have the kitchen facilities for cooking a cheap dinner. It was a wet night so unfortunately we didn't get to use the log burner outside but the location would of been amazing to stargaze if we'd had the weather. We did however enjoy the pack of cards and beautiful mugs to have a comfortable, cosy evening in.

The room was cosy and warm with a fantastic view of the river. The bed was comfortable and there was a small kitchenette with limited facilities, however we were able to use the shared kitchen to cook our meal, which was very useful. We were also delighted that they accommodated our request for an earlier breakfast due to an early ferry. Breakfast had some varied options, and good coffee and we were very happy to have been able to eat before we left. The staff were very helpful and we enjoyed our short stay.
This apartment is amazing. Everything is well thought out and super clean. The panoramic views from different sides are stunning. The rooms are warm and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped, which is very convenient. The owners also have a stable with cute horses. Overall, it's a great place.
This room was super affordable and probably the best budget choice I made while I was in Iceland. I was late to my check in time and the front desk left me an envelope with a key and directions to my room as I didn't arrive until about 10:45pm. The room was spacious, enough for me to have my suitcase open and walk around without it being tight. + a desk and chair, lots of extra towels, etc. There's also lots of windows letting in natural light. I liked it here.

Lovely room and excellent facilities within the apartment and shared spaces. Loved sitting out on the balcony in the evening with a hot chocolate.
The apartment was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Excellent communication with the host. Beautiful sunset from the balcony. We enjoyed our stay very much! Part of the road to get there is gravel road but it is mostly flat and nothing too bad.
