Very clean and comfortable room. The air conditioner and television were both in working order. A mini fridge in the room to keep my drinks cold. Calangute beach is a 5 minute walk by the back road. All the shopping is also a 5 minute walk in the opposite direction. Staff were excellent, especially Rosie and Ajit.

This is a one-room plus ensuite bathroom studio-style accommodation. It is quiet and safe, and I would recommend it to any solo travellers or couples. It has all you need.
