Beautiful apartment. Clean and modern. Lots of room and easily fits 6 people comfortably. Separate washer and dryer for easy clothes cleaning. Beds were very comfortable. Quick cab ride into the city center. Dedicated parking spot out front. Very happy with staying here.

Beautiful, spacious and bright apartment relatively close to Dublin city centre in a quiet neighbourhood. The bus stop and LUAS stop are very close by. John is a perfect host, very nice and welcoming. We were given perfect instructions on how to find the apartment and how to unlock the front door, everything went without any problem. This accommodation is an absolute 10/10.

Absolutely lovely flat - very clean and well appointed. It doesn't reflect the previous review which we thought was surprisingly negative. Instead we found that bed linen and towels were all supplied and fresh. The bathroom and kitchen were spotless. Heating and hot water were also readily availabile and the kitchen is well equipped. The location is excellent and the area is full of really interesting and eclectic restaurants and pubs; easy access to supermarkets and excellent public transport links. Great nights sleep and whoever has decorated the apartment has a nice eye for colour and detail. Also good selection of books and games. For anyone who likes to cater for themselves the dining zone is perfect and close proximity to really good artisan groceries and butchers makes this a great place to stay.

Apartment itself was very good. Perfect location – 30 min on foot straight away to the city centre, to all main attractions. Nearby there are a lot of supermarkets, pharmacies, also restaurants including take away food. As well as bus stops. Apartment was small and compact, kitchen was equipped with all what you can need for cooking. Bed was comfortable enough, only one concern – a bit too small for two people. My husband is 1.90 m tall, for him it was a bit problematic. Still, all depends on your stature – on my opinion for very tall people and for people with obesity this bed will be not the best. But in general we had all what was needed for comfortable stay, including big enough closet, commode etc. All was working.
