Good size with 2 bedrooms, eat-in kitchen and good balcony. Friendly and helpful hosts. They go out of their way to send you lots of information including paperwork to fill in in advance, but it is in Hungarian, and when travelling it is not always easy to translate. Good hot water. Washing machine was great. Dedicated parking was terrific, right in front of accommodation. The 15 to 20 minute walk to old town centre was reasonably flat.

The host makes it very easy to collect the keys prior to arrival, whereas the flat is centrally located and very spacious with a creative interior design. The Deak restaurant can be found in the same building, yet there’s no noise in the apartment thanks to the thick walls. Highly recommend for a pleasant stay in Sopron.

An extremely comfortable and immaculately clean small, modern apartment located inside what appears to have been a baroque-era palace, with the additional convenience of a large and pleasant garden adjacent. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for a short stay. The location is a comfortable 20-minute walk from Sopron station, only half the distance from the old town centre, and close to a supermarket.

What a beautiful and modern apartment! Very clean, comfortable bed (and sofa as well!). Outside blinds let you sleep in total darkness. Helpful host, good price. We fell in love with Sopron and definitely will be coming back!!
