The apartment is in an old wine cave which has been beautifully refurbished in the last couple of years. The interior was spotlessly clean and equipped with modern facilities. The location was close to the southern shore of Lake Balaton and visiting places around the lake was straightforward. The property is completely off the road, up its own short track. There is another apartment upstairs from the one in which we stayed. The guests in there were very quiet. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well.
Ferenc was an excellent host, very responsive on WhatsApp. We were also given a bottle of wine and a couple of bottles of water on arrival, as well as fruit and some chocolates.
Situated 18 km from Tihany Abbey in Zánka, Zen Garden Resort, Zánka features a private beach area, water sports facilities, a hot tub and an open-air bath.

Clean and tidy, very well prepared.
You have everything that you need to spend great time with your kids and friends.
The garden is amazing, many toys for outdoor and indoor for the kids.
The host is very nice and friendly.
Unfortunately we had not so much time to enjoy the place, but it is amazing.

Very good wine and food in restaurant, nice and tranquill spot in the middle of wineyard, 10 minutes drive to nice and clean Balaton beach. We would like to come back in the future.
