Marijeta was very helpful and polite. We were really taken care of. The view from the villa was beautiful and relaxing. We had a lot of privacy, and the villa was full of cozy spots to relax and read a book. The apartment was spacious, and the smart TV allowed us to log in to Netflix and other apps or streaming sites to watch series from time to time. Two different pools gave a choice of privasy too. We used the one which nobody else used during the time we stayed. That was how we got perfect holiday for us what we needed.
We took an Uber to the center of Dubrovnik almost every day, but then we got to return to the more relaxing setting where the villa was.

The apartment is wonderful, nicely decorated, new, and has everything you need in the apartment. It has two bathrooms, two conicioners a very comfortable bed, and a kitchen equipped with everything you need for cooking. The apartment has an extensive terrace with lounge chairs, a parasol, a deck chair, and with beautiful view of the mountains and the valley.
The nearest beach is a 3-minute walk away. The beach is pebble. There are two different restaurants- pizzerias by the beach. The apartment is located in a residential area a few meters from the main highway. If you drive a car, it's very easy to get there. You can park your car in a closed garage under the house. 10 min by car to Dubrovnik. Public transport is also available, the stop is on the central street, you have to walk a little.

The appartement was amazing it had all the facilities you needed plus more . There was an espresso machine and pods were provided , jams and Nutella for breakfast , little shampoos and conditioners , washing up liquid /dishwasher tablets. Detergent and fabric softener . The place was clean and contemporary, air condition in each room . The view to wake up to was just amazing. Communication with Marina was great and she is very responsive, there is car parking available. It was a little away from city centre but we used Uber which was recommended by Marina so this worked out well . The only thing I can think of in terms of improvement was the on suite bathroom didn’t have the best ventilation but apart of this it was great and we would definitely stay again in the future . Would highly recommend Marina’s place .

Our stay at the apartments was fantastic. The host was super friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated, with a gorgeous view. The beach was right across the street, and it was lovely with free umbrellas and chairs.

Verdant loft is one of the nicer accommodations we have stayed in. Everything is decorated with taste and accessories are thoughtfully positioned. This was a random choice on the way through Croatia, but we are already planning our next visit for a longer period. The nature is beautiful and there is a large selection of restaurants nearby. A great addition is the garage, from which you can easily get to the apartment. There is also a charging station for those who have electric vehicles. Thank you and see you soon!
This is a new hyper-modern apartment with everything you can think of. A major bonus for us was free private parking in the garage under the building and a great large kitchen. There are 2 small grocery stores a few walking minutes away. The beds felt like a cloud, super comfortable.
Studio is in amazing place! You wont find anything like that around Zaton. It’s almost on the sea! Amazing terrace and the views from there. In apartment there is everything you would need. Yes, some plates and cups aren’t new, but who cares! Not me!

Great location in the village, bright and modern apartment, lovely gardens, stunning views, but most of all the owners Ira and Ilia and their family couldn't have been more friendly and hospitable. Very good location, in a quiet village situated around a nice bay. Close enough to Dubrovnik to go sightseeing during the day, but at the same time far enough from big city life. Close to the seaside. Clean, minimalistic and modern apartment. Picturesque rural view from the balcony, nice garden around the building with self-grown vegetables. Very nice and helpful owner. Good wi-fi. I wish we have stayed longer.
