Check-in at the residence was easy. Sven was very helpful and gave us suggestions for the area, and there are also tour books and maps of the surrounding area available to look at . We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment was roomy and clean - even better than the photos! Kitchen had everything we needed for our 2-day stay. It was also nice to have two separate bathrooms. No issues with internet or hot water. We were just a short walk to the national park, and you can even see some of the falls from the balcony!

Everything you need is there and the location is great for Plitvice National Park entrance 1 (same place of the bus stop). We walked 10 min to the park or the bus stop.
