Raden, the owner was very friendly and helpful. Well equipped apartments (grill on the ground floor, washing machine, microwave). There were even dishwashers on the first floor apartments (although not officially listed).

The hosts are very friendly, they speaks croatian, italian and germain. There was a small problem with our booking, but it was handled flexibly and resolved promptly. The accomodation is well equiped, super clean and it is not so far from Umag. The most closest beach is about 10 minutes by car. Valica is a quiet village, there is not any shops. There is a restaurant, but not always open, maybe because of it was the end of august. If you want peace and quiet, I recommend it.
