The apartment is in a perfect an quiet location near the beach and the airport. The apartment is in tip-top conditions and the decoration is the wonderful. Very good taste and everything brand new.

This is a fantastic place to stay in Split. The owner's parents, Invanka and Yvonne, were our host and they are wonderful! They were so helpful, very sweet and answered our questions and provided directions. They made our stay perfect! There is a beautiful garden right out the sliding glass door. The beach was a 5 minute walk and restaurants are a 10 minute or less walk. The place is small but it was perfect for two people. We had everything we needed.The AC was very nice. Niva's place was very comfy.

The apartment has everything you need, it was spotlessly clean, layout was great, it’s right next to the supermarket so you haven’t got to travel far at all, you have the pool outside which is nice and relaxing and very private and a nice walk to the beach. The property owner Maja was very welcoming, very polite, explained everything you needed to know and was always on site if you needed help with anything. I would 100% recommend this place and I will be staying here again in the near future :)

Kind host, Ivanka is very nice person, helpfull and apartment is very nice decorated by many handmade decorations, same like whole house. We received whole bag full of vegetables from garden there like present. Place has own charizma, I hope I will come back again.

Excellent accommodations, everything was clean and comfortable with everything you may need. The location was perfect for visiting Kastela- just a short drive from the Split airport. We had a car, but we could walk to all the places we wanted to go. Ivan provided parking in his driveway, a real perk in this area. We had the second floor apartment, it was spacious with 2 bedrooms, 1.5 baths, a complete kitchen and big living room area with a large sofa. The main bedroom had a very comfortable bed, and a big closet. From our balcony we looked over the pool (big and deep by Croatian standards). It was February so we of course couldn’t use it, but I imagine in the summer it would be an amazing place to hang out. The sea is just 2 minutes by foot (behind the pool), going from the house to the beach, you pass through Kaštel Lukisic’s sweet little park, so thoughtfully planned for both children and adults. There are a few grocery stores around, one just across the road. We go to Kastela often and will book Ivan’s place again!
