Panagiotis was very nice and answered all our questions where to go to. We were very happy with his tips. Nice and comfortable room. Cleaning was perfect, also the option to choose when you want the room to be cleaned. Everything was perfect. We liked our bar :).

The property is set high on the hills overlooking Heraklion and the wine valleys .. the view is stunning .. the villa we stayed in was very comfortable and blended in well with the environment.. my husband and I used the pool both days and could relax next to it enjoying the scenery and near by goat herds .. Elena and her husband were always very friendly and what a magnificent spread she cooked and delivered to our room for dinner, catering generously with home cooked vegetarian meals for me and lamb from the farm for my husband .. most of the produce for dinner and the plentiful breakfast comes from the farm or neighbouring areas.. we would definitely stay here again ..

The property is situated on a hill with a stunning view of the sea and the mountains, conceived as a small village with several houses made of stone and a central courtyard with a swimming pool. The apartment we occupied was nice and clean with all the needed utensils to cook. The host was very nice in guiding us to the next village to buy groceries, and in indicating a very good fish restaurant on the beach (Taverna Aristodimos). Festos palace is 15 minutes away (11 Km) and that was the principal reason we made the trip (it is better to go in the afternoon, but not to late, in lack of visitors they close earlier). A few kilometers away is the Kalamaki beach, by strong winds impossible to swim because there are some stones and you can get hurt.

For the travellers who appreciate a space of their own at the end of the day, an apartment or flat is the perfect home away from home. Furnished rooms and kitchen facilities give groups and families the flexibility to enjoy downtime separately, or plan the next day’s activities over a shared meal. Often available for short and long-term.
The apartment is located in Kato Zaros, which is a smaller part of the main village (Zaros) in the southwest of the area. Quiet location with great views towards the mountains in the west and north of the area. Very spacious with two bedrooms and a large kitchen/living area and a nice balcony facing west. Everything needed was present. Contact with the host was via messages only (key in a locker box), but Christos is very helpful and answers on requests quickly.
This is by far the best holiday accommodation we have ever stayed in, and we have a lot of experience of rental apartments. Everything we needed was there and much besides. The decor was very tasteful. There were two large balconies with views to the mountains. The host Michalis could not have been more helpful.
Rachati house, I highly recommend. It was very comfortable, spacious, well equipped, and in a great location in the center of town. The apartment was clean and spacious...
The rental is great and lacks nothing. The housse is quiet in the village. Vivi is a very good person, and does not lacks a sensé of humor.
The meals are full of delicious Flavours. The restaurant is the Vegera.
The apartment was conveniently located within a short distance of the village centre, and had lovely views of the surrounding countryside. It tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was very well equipped and felt like home. We were greeted with a plate of Cretian Christmas cookies and a jar of home made fig jam. What a treat!!!
Outstanding modern beautiful apartment - one of the best ones we have stayed in Crete
Great quiet location
Very well equipped
No adjoining neighbours so have great privacy
morning and afternoon terraces
Super clean, comfortable and well-equipped apartment. Everything feels brand new but also really cozy. Wonderful, generous hosts who went above and beyond to make my stay great. P.s. pressure in shower is amazing, best I’ve found in Crete. Very highly recommended
The bed was super comfortable. The aircon was very efficient. Very large apartment in a quiet location. We were on the 1st floor but there was no one on the ground floor so we were able to use the garden area when our balcony got too hot without disturbing anyone. Although there is no dedicated parking there is a small car park 5 mins away
We had a very enjoyable stay in this roomy apartment with views from our terrace over the village and the mountains. Our host was really kind and welcoming, and breakfast was excellent!
Super friendly owner, easy to communicate with. Although we did not order any breakfast the owner brought us freshly baked traditional pie in the morning. Everything was clean and shiny. Parking space next to the apartment. Fridge, electric kettle and coffee was provided in the room. Good location in the middle of the town. Good value for money.
