Our stay was perfect. Communication was excellent via whatsapp. The apartments were exactly as described and immaculately clean. The terrace for the Penthouse is stunning and so well looked after. Great location, easy to get to the centre of Athens and also to Sounio in the other direction. Spoiled for choice for good restaurants and bars within metres of the apartment.

We are family of 5 had an amazing stay in Katerina's apartment. It was very clean and comfortable, well equipped kitchen. Beautiful views on the terrace. Safe parking behind automatic gate. Katerina was helpful with sending links to local places like beaches and taverns etc.

The hotel was perfectly situated within a short walk of a lovely beach and a bus stop outside for direct transport to the airport.
The staff were welcoming, informative and very helpful (taking bags to our room). We stayed on the first floor and there is also a lift.
The room was modern and super clean with a huge walk in shower and separate toilet. The toiletries were also very generous. Large, king size bed with crisp linen.
There was a large choice of options for breakfast, all of which were brought at a pre-arranged time (and on time) to our room. The omelettes were hot and the produce fresh. A coffee machine, kettle and fridge with complimentary soft drinks were also included in the room.
Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations of comfort and was good value for money.
I would certainly book to stay here again on my next trip to Athens!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Kavouri Bungalow, the location was fabulous - just a few meters to the beach and walking distance to many restaurants. The location was quiet during my stay and easily reachable in a taxi from the airport.

Location was great! We could walk to the lake, walk to the beach, grocery store nearby and lots of places to eat within minutes. The host was so kind and helpful. When we had an issue with the blinds, someone came to fix it and gave us a bottle of wine. The apartment was clean and we had what we needed for a lovely stay.

It was a beautiful apartment in a perfect location and was done up to be both comfortable and stylish. Everything worked and was in the right place including plenty of power points and lighting.
Superb location. Very safe. Incredibly clean and well put together flat (appears everything new). All space utilised to the max. I think for the elderly the stairs up to the flat would be difficult, but just a minor ‘to be aware’.

The location of this apartment cannot be beat. It is steps away from the beach and great restaurants. In the heart of Vouliagmeni. The apartment felt like home after one day. Spacious with all eminities (washing machine, nespresso, fridge, stove, and a great living area to hang out. Would book again!
