Fantastic location near the port, with convenient access to the hop-on-hop-off bus into the city, or you can walk if you prefer. We stayed at the apartment while waiting for our son, who arrived in Heraklion on a separate flight and date, before heading to our holiday destination. Room was very clean and tidy, overlooking the entrance garden with a small balcony ovelooking field behind. Wi-Fi good, air con kept the room comfortrable for sleeping during hot nights. Bakery opposite was great for coffee and drinks - open all hours and so friendly with awesome selection of cakes and baguettes etc. There was a minimarket and tavern nearby too, didn't use because I was out most of the day. Bus stops (I didn't have a car) very close made access to Heraklion easy for local bus to Knossos and excursion bus picked up at nearby Karteros Hotel for longer trip to Spinaloga. This is the easiest ten I've ever given to a property. Located right in the heart of Heraklion, the property is surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars. The host sent us the code to easily collect our keys right outside the door. The room was beautiful and spacious, featuring a comfortable king-size bed, a lovely shower, and stylish modern industrial decor. It also included a large TV and a well-equipped kitchenette. Even the toiletries—shampoo, shower gel, soaps, etc.—were of excellent quality.
