We stayed at this hotel in Heraklion, and overall, we had a positive experience. The hotel itself is charming, clean, and cozy. The rooms were impeccably tidy, and the staff was friendly and always ready to help. Their attentive service truly made our stay much more enjoyable.
However, the location was a bit disappointing. The area where the hotel is situated isn’t very picturesque, and there isn’t much to do in the city itself. If you’re planning to explore the surroundings, this might be something to consider.
The breakfast also fell short of expectations – the selection was limited, and the quality of the food didn’t impress. Despite this, it didn’t significantly detract from our overall experience.
In conclusion, the hotel’s cleanliness and the excellent service from the staff made our stay a pleasant one.

Fantastic location near the port, with convenient access to the hop-on-hop-off bus into the city, or you can walk if you prefer. We stayed at the apartment while waiting for our son, who arrived in Heraklion on a separate flight and date, before heading to our holiday destination. We would book again next year and recommend it to others.

Room was very clean and tidy, overlooking the entrance garden with a small balcony ovelooking field behind. Wi-Fi good, air con kept the room comfortrable for sleeping during hot nights. Bakery opposite was great for coffee and drinks - open all hours and so friendly with awesome selection of cakes and baguettes etc. There was a minimarket and tavern nearby too, didn't use because I was out most of the day. Bus stops (I didn't have a car) very close made access to Heraklion easy for local bus to Knossos and excursion bus picked up at nearby Karteros Hotel for longer trip to Spinaloga.
