Location was fantastic with immediate access to the beach and local facilities. Loved the peace and tranquility of the island before 10.00 and after 16.00 when the day trippers were not there. Very hospitable and friendly locals, particularly the Afrodite restaurant.

The property is very well located and well maintained. The pool and access to the beach are excellent. The lady at the reception was very helpful (booking our restaurant), providing great recommendations and great English speaking. The staff at the beach bar was also nice. Clean and quiet.

Loved how clean the rooms were, simple but functional and out cleaner was THE BEST. all staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was always pleasant and had many offerings. Pool area was always clean. Bar was always a pleasant place to be.

The apartment was big enough with a walking shower and a parking exacly outside of the apartment. 2 mins far from the sandy beach in marmari and 15 mins by car far from the center

The view is amazing, the service is good, the waiters are very kind. We ordered a squid salad, there was a little squid and a lot of lettuce. We ordered gyros, Greek salad, fresh fish, zucchini meatballs. The food was tasty but mediocre. The prices are relatively expensive.

Everything - great welcome on arrival and fabulous hospitality throughout our stay. The view from our studio was amazing literally on the beach! Everything so tastefully designed for guest comfort and great outside terrace too.
Perfect location on the beautiful island of Pserimos. Apartment was ideal & very well equipped & only a short walk to the beach. Host was very helpful on getting to the island. We were the last people staying on the island so late in the season so it was not easy to get to & from the island but the host & the locals were helpful in identifying how the boats we could use.
Set back about 3 minutes walk from the beach, a lovely little spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the "street". Village life goes on around you, the odd sheep runs past, the neighbouring little owl comes out occasionally, birds of prey overhead. When the day trippers find their way here, you are still private as way above their heads. Great shower, comfy beds. A couple of quirks to get used to, but this is Greece! Will certainly return. Excellent communications with Nomiki.
