The room was in excellent condition and very clean. The location was great , very close to the beach and the old town. The owners of the place (Maria and her parents) were very nice, helpful and hospitable people and were very pleasant to talk to every day. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Fantastic location - right in old town but on a nice quiet street. Lovely well-kept courtyard area and the room was very clean.

The apartment is spacious enough for two persons and beautifully decorated.The bathrooms are very beautiful and the bed is good. The jacuzzi is a luxury and is wonderful even during a heathwave! The fact that restaurants and a supermarket are in walking distance is a big plus. We spent many evenings at Giannikos Tavern! A drive into Rethymno takes only 10 min. And the beaches in the north and south are easily to reach by car.

Lovely location! In close proximity to the centre of the village of Prines with a few taverna's ! Giannikos is a very good one! And a short car drive to the beach in Rethymno, Gerani, or Episkopi.
Although there is no airco in the apartment the bedroom is cool enough to sleep comfortably. Skevos is a very nice man who brought some Raki and fruits on arrival! We recommend this apartment for those who seek a calm and quiet environment to spend their holiday!

Skevos welcome was amazing with homemade bread and fresh fruits. He gave me great tips and guidance to discover the area. The apartment is a little dream that offers serenity, has everything you need and is great to enjoy nature but is also very close to the beach and the city. Views of the beautiful garden, olive trees and the sea. A couple of great restaurants walking distance. Perfect place to work remotely from (good Internet) and also perfect to just enjoy your vacation. Will visit again and again.
