The location is perfect. If you prefer to stay in center and be close to the port, here is your choice! Maria is very open to commucative and helpful for late - early checkin! I somehow choice baby for stay (by mistake-i dont have a baby!) she prepared a baby bed :) everything was so clean. Towels are more than enough. Coffee machine and coffee are another great complimentary.

First of all, the hotel owner Georgia was really kind, understanding and sincere. Since we went with our baby, we were very pleased that she thought of everything down to the smallest detail. There are no words to describe Yolanda Studios. We stayed 8 nights with our 1.5 year old child. It was super comfortable, very very very clean, Yolanda and Pantelis were so polite and ready to help an any time that it felt like home. We are visiting for sure next time.
The best part of the whole stay was the 5 minute walk to the beach Agia Foteini.

The location of the apartment was perfect. You have everything you need in the room. The room was amazing. The view is breathtaking. Beach was among the best in the island. Especially, in the mornings, the only noise you hear is the sounds of birds and waves. They have daily housekeeping, Dimitris has responded every question we asked immediately. He helped us a lot in our lovely visit in Chios. Dimitris was so generous and kind. We would definitely consider to revisit here and recommend to the ones who imagine to visit Chios
Super clean, everything you need is in the flat, mountain view, sea view.. You wake up to bird voices.. So silent and peacefull..Owners are really kind..

Great hospitality, the apartment was confortable and had all we needed, the beach was calm and protected from the northern winds, the restaurant, in the close by village, was the best in the area.
We felt like home because we found everything we need in the apartment. Our studio was cleaned every day. The beds were comfortable. The owners were so nice people. The location and the sea view of the studio is great. We will definitely prefer this place again if we want to spend another holiday in Chios.
Everything was perfect, l am 47 and had been to 68 countries and stayed at a lot of different types of places, “Yolanda Studios” owners are by far the most caring and friendly owners that l had ever met. This place deserves the highest points of all time. If l will go back to Chios l will not look for an alternative place.
It is very clean and the owners Yolanda&Pandeli are very nice and helpful persons. Everything was ready when we were arrive there. Towels are pure white and smell really nice. Simple studio but very close to the best beach in the island. Beach is very nice ( Fotini beach ) and you find there many restaurants. In the morning the owners bring us something surprizingly.
