Very cosy, clean and fully equipped. The entire apartment is equipped with super modern furniture and kitchen. The bathroom is very modern, new and very, very clean. Every day you have room cleaning. Peaceful location, very next to a beautiful Orthodox chirch, a little bit far away from the center and the port, but with car you will be in the center of Preveza for about 5 minutes. If you don't want to drive to the beaches, you have a peaceful beach place across the street, downstairs.

The location is just on the beach which is amazing, its a quite beautiful beach, you just go down there with your bathing suite. There is a great restaurant literally one minute walk and a small grocery shop, so you don't need to drive into the town center. the host is very helpful and was available to answer our questions immediately.
