The apartment was on the top floor of a large house. The bedroom and bathroom were spacious. There was a small kitchenette with an oven which was fairly well equipped. The real highlight is the large roof terrace with views across Paloi the sea which was a beautiful. It also has a washing machine which is a real bonus if you are away for 3 weeks. It was only a couple of minutes walk down to Paloi waterfront where there were 2 minimarkets, an off license, beach bar and 4 tavernas.

The village of Nikia is also soooooo beautiful and it is so nice to have dinner on the central square at the restaurant La Porta, take time to rest, drink and eat, and then go back “home” just next door…

The house is lovely and comfortable. A very typical greek house made by stones and very well renovated. It is also very well equipped. In the kitchen you can find everything you need for cooking. The house is close to the vulcan and to Nikia village, but I suggest to rent a car to move around the island and to visit the other villages.

This place exceeded by far our expectations. It is an excellent apartment just few minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Paloi. Everything was very clean. The terrace is enormous and the view amazing. The hosts are very friendly and can offer tips and even arrange tours on the island
Incredible view from the patio of the sea and multiple islands in the background. The patio seating was a great place to eat our breakfast. Very spacious apartment with a nice living room area for family members to hang out in. The host left us bottled water and snacks, including fruit, which was very much appreciated when we arrived. The host was flexible on our arrival time to meet us with the keys. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely appointed. A shower in each of the two bathrooms was great!
Stylishly furnished appartment with modern and traditional elements. Well equipped. View of the sunset. Seemed quiet a good deal, as the apartment could comfortably accomodate a family of 4. Friendly, helpful host, that lives nearby.
The host was excellent, giving us a lift from the port and lots of information. The apartment was very well equipped with food and water in the fridge. The roof terrace was amazing.
Everything.. the view, the rooms, the equipment.. the flat is really comfortable in every way. 😊 The beds were ultra comfy and the location is superb. I will certainly ook this again.
